Nathan Hesch

Biography

Nathan performs the following types of valuation and economic analyses: valuations of businesses and fractional ownership interests in businesses, economic damages analyses, appraisal reviews, acquisition purchase price allocation valuations, blockage discount analyses, business and succession planning valuations, income-producing property valuations, and employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) valuations.

He has performed these valuation and economic analyses for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax; and state and local property tax), litigation support, dispute resolution, financial accounting and reporting, asset impairment analysis, restricted stock and blockage discount analysis, Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 compliance, and management information and strategic corporate planning.

He performs these valuations for the following types of business entities and securities: closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, preferred and common stock in complex capital structures, estates, public corporations, general and limited partnership interests, professional service corporations, professional practices, limited liability companies, ESOPs, interest-bearing debt instruments, options and warrants, and intangible assets (including intellectual property).

Previous Experience

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Nathan interned at Cummins Inc. during college. After graduating from college, Nathan spent two years in Denver and Atlanta working for Lockheed Martin in manufacturing operations. After receiving his MBA from the Bloch School at University of Missouri – Kansas City, Nathan spent two years working as a financial analyst for Yellow Corporation.
